Agreement to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of Velourafter any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

User Accounts

To access certain features of Velour, you may create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Promptly updating your information if it changes

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make purchases. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be inappropriate.

Account Security

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify us immediately at support@surgepulse.org. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.

Products & Pricing

Velouroperates as a dropshipping retailer. All products listed on our platform are sourced from third-party suppliers and shipped directly to you.

Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display product information accurately, including images, descriptions, and specifications. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on our site is accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, or discontinuance.

Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the listed price. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Order Confirmation

Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email. This email constitutes our acceptance of your order and forms a binding contract between you and Velour.

Payment

We accept payment through Stripe, which supports major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods. All payments are processed securely. By providing your payment information, you represent that you are authorised to use that payment method.

Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with your purchases. Applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed during checkout where required by law.

Shipping & Delivery

As a dropshipping store, orders are fulfilled by our supplier partners. Please note:

• Processing time: 1–3 business days before shipment
• Delivery time: Typically 8–20 business days depending on destination and shipping method
• Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order ships
• International orders: May be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are your responsibility

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Velouris not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather events, or carrier delays. Free shipping is available on orders over $100 USD.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is as follows:

Return Eligibility

• Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
• Certain items (opened beauty products, personalised items) may not be eligible for return for hygiene reasons

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use Velourfor any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm us or other users. Specifically, you may not:

• Use our platform in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit any unsolicited advertising or spam
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from our platform
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent reviews or content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits others' use of the platform

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account and potential legal action.

Intellectual Property

All content on Velour— including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Velouror its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use our platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

User Content

By submitting reviews, photos, or other content to Velour, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our services.

Disclaimers

Product information, including ingredients, claims, and usage instructions, is provided for informational purposes only. We recommend consulting a healthcare professional before using any new beauty or wellness product, particularly if you have skin sensitivities or medical conditions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velourshall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or personal injury, arising out of your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of Velourshall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
